Bluewater Flag Football is more than a league, it’s a movement built on passion, perseverance, and community spirit. What began as a small local initiative has grown into Sarnia–Lambton’s go-to destination for flag football, welcoming players of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds.

We’re proud to have built something truly special. From our adult league, where camaraderie and competition thrive, to our partnership with the NFL that brought NFL Flag Sarnia to life, we’ve created a place where athletes can play, grow, and belong under one united vision.

Our first few years have been incredible, filled with record-breaking participation, amazing teamwork, and countless memories shared on the field. None of it would have been possible without the unwavering support of our players, families, volunteers, and the entire Sarnia community.
